Birth Story
Birth photography is a great way to capture all the details of the day your new little one arrived. I will be there to capture the excitement and joy leading up to the birth and the birth itself. As a mom of 3, I know that sometimes we don’t get to see things like the baby being weighed, measured or even the first bath. Birth photography will allow to remember (or even see for the first time!) all of the events that take place during and immediately following the birth. I will be there to capture the excitement and joy leading up to the birth and the birth itself. Your birth coverage begins when you are in active labor and ends one hour after after delivery. All images will be presented to you after the birth for you to keep.
Birth session coverage begins at active labor (5-6 cm dilated) and ends 1 hour after the birth. Additional time after the birth may be added for a fee. During this time I will stay with you and document your birth story. All birth stories include a minimum of 50 images, but vary based on length of labor. All digital images will be included in your session fee. Package options include albums, slideshows and prints. An in person ordering session will be held approximately 2 weeks after your photography session. Packages start at $1500.
Fresh 48
Fresh 48 sessions are a great way to capture the first 48 hours of your baby’s life without having an additional person present at the birth. This is also a great option when you know you are having a c-section. This is a great time to capture grandparents or siblings meeting the new baby!
Fresh 48 sessions are typically held during business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. Sessions are 1 hour long. They are held at the location of the birth. Fresh 48 sessions include a gallery of 20 images to select from. 10 digital images will be included in your session fee. An in person ordering session will be held approximately 2 weeks after your photography session. Package options include additional digital images, albums, slideshows and prints. Packages start at $495.
Newborn
Newborn sessions are posed session. This is a great time to get pictures of mom and dad or siblings with the new baby. These images will look wonderful displayed on your walls or in heirloom albums.
Newborn sessions are held between 5-14 days old. The sessions are 2-3 hours long and can be held at your home or the studio. An in person ordering session will be held approximately 2 weeks after your photography session. The session fee covers only the time and talent of the photographer as well as custom editing of 20 images. All prints and products will be ordered separately at the ordering session. The newborn session fee is $275.
