I am so glad you chose me to document your special day! Here is a handy checklist for you:

  • Fill out birth/newborn questionnaire
  • Meet with me to discuss your session
  • Review birth/newborn guide
  • Plan your outfits
  • Ask any final questions that haven’t been addressed
  • Get excited for your session!


By the end of your session date at least one photo will be published to our blog at www.adornedlifephotography.com/blog.

Newborn clients photo galleries will be available in approximately 2 weeks. At this time an in home ordering session will be held will be held. All orders must be placed at this time. If you wish to invite your family such as parents, grandparents or friends to your gallery reveal, please do so! Another good option is Skype or Facetime for those not able to attend in person.

Birth client galleries will be available in approximately 2-3 weeks. Once your gallery is ready the studio will email you the private password.  The gallery will be available for 2 weeks. We will touch base about which images you wish to be included in the slideshow if your session included one. If you purchased a session with a heirloom album, we will meet in person to discuss which images you wish to include and customize your album.


You may pay in person at the studio using cash, check or credit card. The studio can also email you an invoice which you can pay online through PayPal. You may also order prints and pay directly within your gallery.  Payments plans can also be created and are typically 3-6 months in duration. If you wish to set up a payment plan, please contact me.


All invoices for prints, digital images and gift items must be paid before the items are manufactured. Once the order has been placed it can not be cancelled and is NON-REFUNDABLE.


Approximately 2 weeks after your order has been placed I will deliver your order to you. If you need help deciding on where to display it, let me know!
